Pam Christopher, DTM

An active member of District 37 ( North Carolina ), Pamela Christopher is a member of four clubs: Northwestern, Blue Moon Advanced, Catawba Valley , and Crossroads of the Carolinas . Having served in every club office position, Pam is very familiar with the club setting. Her district offices include:

District 37 was #1 in North America during her year as District Governor. Other district honors include:

In 1971, Pam graduated from Appalachian State University with a BS in Elementary Education. Sixteen years later, she obtained her Master's degree in Education, and later earned her Computer Endorsement from the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction. She ended a thirty year career with the Iredell-Statesville Schools as an Instructional Technology Coordinator.

Pam lives on a 45 acre poultry and cattle farm in northern Iredell County with her husband of 34 years, Mike Christopher. They have two adult children. Jeremiah is an electrical lineman for the City of Statesville . He is married to Christina. They are expecting twins in March, 2010. Robbie Kay is a kindergarten teacher and will be married to Josh Taylor in October, 2009.

All of the Christophers are members of Rocky Hill Baptist Church , where Pam is an adult Sunday school teacher. She is also a member of the Technology Committee.

She lives by her theme, “ Passion with Purpose ” in every aspect of her life, especially Toastmasters. Everyone who knows Pam also knows to associate her name with Toastmasters. She has a true love and passion for our organization.
